1 General

2 Consent and your rights as a customer
2.1 These terms and conditions apply when you place an order with Beate Katiela Personal Stylist or when you instruct Beate Katiela Personal Stylist to charge the amount of an order to your account.

2.2 Delivery: After ordering and receipt of payment, your order will be delivered immediately by us, usually the goods are within 7-10 days with the customer.

2.3 You have 14 days after you have taken possession of the goods to cancel your order if the goods are in their original packaging and unopened. You can find further information on this in our cancellation policy. You are responsible for the shipping costs for the return.

2.4 If the goods ordered by the customer arrive in a damaged or otherwise unacceptable condition and this has been documented visually via our customer contact email address (kontakt@lu-nani.com), we undertake to take back and replace the damaged goods.

2.5 If you have correctly returned an item in accordance with paragraph 2.3, we will refund the amount of the order as soon as possible, but always within 14 days of the return confirmation.

3 Our offer

3.1 Validity: Our goods are only available for as long as stocks last. If a product is not available within the 7 days specified in section 2.2, this will be indicated on the product page.

3.2 Description: We always try to describe our offers as clearly as possible. We also ensure that our photos are as clear as possible so that you can make a fully informed decision. However, we cannot be held responsible for any errors. The offer is always inclusive of VAT and shipping costs, ordering procedure, payment procedure and contact information.

 

4 General data protection provisions

4.1 We record your data in a central file so that we can keep you informed of new developments at LU NANI. We thereby comply with the General Data Protection Regulations. We will not pass on or sell your data to third parties, including your e-mail address. If you no longer wish to be informed, you can always unsubscribe via the link at the bottom of each e-mail.

4.2 Within the general privacy policy we allow our users to manage their own user settings regarding cookies.

5 Responsibility

5.1 We ensure that all products comply with legal obligations and other legal requirements that apply for this purpose.

5.2 We guarantee that the products and services supplied are produced with respect for humanity and the environment.

5.3 LU NANI's responsibility is limited to direct damage and the net invoice value of the product. LU NANI is not responsible for any form of indirect damage.

6 Applicable law and the competent court

6.1 All agreements are subject to German law only. All disputes shall be settled exclusively in a German court.

7 Warranty conditions

7.1 The statutory warranty rights apply.

8 Dispute resolution procedure

8.1 The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS) operated by it. You can find the platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
